Turn your niche audience into a job board that pays.

Employers in your field already pay to reach the right people. A board with your name on it lets them pay you: set a price per listing, and they pay through your own Stripe account before the job goes live. No code, nothing to host.

No credit card required. Your board is live the moment you create it.

Why a job board

Why a job board, not another product

Hiring teams already have a budget for reaching candidates. A board puts your audience in front of them, and the machinery runs itself.

  1. Reason 01

    Employers pay to reach people

A recruiter's fee runs to thousands. A listing on a board whose readers they want is a small, easy decision, paid by card.

Paid before the job goes live
  2. Reason 02

    It runs without you

Employers post their own jobs and pay through Stripe. Candidates apply and get the weekly alert. You read the queue and publish.

    Employers post, you approve
  3. Reason 03

    Every field needs one

From kitchens in the North to climate policy, every profession has people who want its jobs in one place, without the noise of the big sites.

    Your categories, your audience
  4. Reason 04

    Nothing to build

Your own domain, Google Jobs structured data, weekly job alerts and imports from employer careers pages are all there from day one.

Built and tested on every deploy

What a niche board looks like

You do not need millions of visitors. A few hundred people who care about one field is enough for employers to want to be in front of them.

Start your board

How it works

Live in three steps

Nothing to install and nothing to host.

  1. Step 1

Name it, brand it, point your domain

Pick a name, a logo, an accent colour and a heading face, and add your categories. Connect your own domain or launch on ours.

One colour skins the whole board
  2. Step 2

    Fill it from careers pages

Never start empty. Give the address of an employer's careers page and its jobs arrive in your review queue, categorised, for you to publish.

Your first jobs on day one
  3. Step 3

Set your prices and get paid

Connect your Stripe account and set what a listing costs. Employers pay before a job goes live, in your name on their card statement.

Paid through your own Stripe account

Your board is fully GDPR compliant from the day it is created, and that is not a task on your list: retention limits, erasure, subject access and consent records are built in and checked by a test suite on every deploy. Every board has its own privacy notice and terms. Database, authentication and files in London; the application in London. The whole sub-processor list is Anthropic, Resend, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare Turnstile, Vercel, and a board cannot extend it.

Questions

Before you start

How quickly can I launch?

A board is live the moment you create it. Most people spend an hour on the name, logo, colour and categories, and the setup checklist on your dashboard walks you through the rest.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Add the domain on your dashboard, prove you own it with a DNS record, and the board is served there with its own canonical URLs and sitemap.

Can employers pay for job listings?

Yes. You set the plans and prices, employers pay through Stripe at checkout, and the job goes live once payment clears. You can also let employers post for free with every job reviewed by you first.

Can I customise the design?

Your logo, an accent colour and a heading typeface skin the whole board. Categories, the tagline and the footer are yours to write.

Can I import jobs from other sources?

Yes. Give the address of an employer careers page and the jobs on it arrive in your review queue, categorised, for you to publish. You can add as many sources as you like.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Everything is done from the dashboard. The one technical step is adding two DNS records if you want your own domain, and the screen shows you exactly which.

Can I move an existing job board onto the platform?

You can import your current listings from their pages and bring your alert subscribers across with their consent. Talk to us about anything larger.
